I woke up today to a small random pile of gifts that had to find a new home. My favourite, a new green Creuset “style” pot. In order to put it in it’s place the cupboard above the stove needed purging, finally, after that successful task I noticed the pantry in the corner loomed, bursting at the seams, now was the time. Two satisfying hours later, pantry joy and bliss.
It’s the New Year, it’s time, do it and if all else fails don’t forget My Everyday Gourmet offers Pantry Organizing Services as well.
Happy Cleaning!
Your hint to declutter our kitchens is a great push in the right direction. Sorry Linda, you are not offering your services in Vancouver, I would consider hiring you. And you can bring your great new pot filled with a warm winter stew.
Keep up the constructive hints, we all need a little encouragement from time to time!
My pantry is a DISASTROUS mess! Can you tell me more about your pantry organizing services? Do you have a solution for packaging loose, dry goods in a practical and neat way? I’ve thought about purchasing some cheap ‘dollar store’ canisters to organize my cereals, grains, dry pasta, etc. Would you recommend something like this?
Cheers,
Johan
Yes yes Yes the plastic containers are a god send, maybe a little labellling to give it that chic je ne sais quoi that shows your pantry whose the boss.
Have fun and remember an organized pantry is an organized mind!
Pantry? Clean?
I soooo need you!
I wish I had some of your roasted seeds to snack on, your Christmas edition of the spiced nuts were very tasty and long gone!
Waiting for next year’s production!
