Meal Services Include
- Customized Menu – After a brief consultation a tailored menu plan is created based on your likes, dislikes, dietary requirements and/or restrictions.
- Shopping – After final approval of your personalized menu plan, we’ll do the grocery shopping, purchasing fresh, organic ingredients ensuring a flavorful delicious meal.
- Cooking – From washing, prepping, blanching etc. every detail of meal preparation is performed from beginning to end.
- Packaging – Your ready to eat meals are packaged in a convenient storage container, labeled with heating instructions so you can enjoy a gourmet meal quickly and easily.
- Cleaning – Spotless clean up is done by Chef Linda leaving your kitchen free of dishes, pots and pans and waste.
Meal Service Options
- Meals can be prepared in your home or by delivery
- Meals prepared in your home require a designated cook day giving enough time to prepare all the dinner entrees
- Meals prepared off site are delivered at a convenient time for you
Meal Service Frequencies
- Frequencies are based on individual needs – weekly, bi-weekly or monthly
- One time services can be arranged for those in need as well, post operative patients, new families and seniors
