In my opinion the mandatory fall must haves are not just reserved for the fashionistas but also apply to us culinary catwalkers out there. This season I have collected a few, so far, kitchen essentials. They are the equivalent to the wardrobe staples that keep us going and make us look good every time.
First up comparable to the LBD (little black dress) the sexy stock pot which just screams don’t you dare throw that chicken carcass out!
Next fail proof accessories that see you through every occasion. Just like the “it” bag, might I suggest a confident goes with everything cheese sauce pot. Beautiful worn wooden handle, little spout for pouring and fashion slave written all over it, Le Creuset.
Then shoes, I suggest mini copper measuring pots, a loving hand me down from a dear friend which makes them even more irresistible.
Finally a little bling, the silver salt spoon. We all need a little sparkle and a subtle item which suggests we do recognize and appreciate the finer things in life, like French salt on the dinner table with the requisite utensil!
